At Sisag you will find ideal working conditions. Last year, we extended the SisCampus at our site in Schattdorf in the canton of Uri to create an inspiring workplace and training centre where 150 employees from all over central Switzerland are responsible for the success of the group.
Informal, motivated, long-standing team
Sisag is supported by an incomparable team spirit. Since we started, we have attached great importance to a well-functioning team and provided the appropriate framework conditions. The idea of “service” internally and externally is firmly anchored in the Sisag’s DNA. It is simply fun to tackle new challenges together, console each other in the bad times and celebrate together in the good times.
Education and training
We work to learn, and we learn all our lives. We are well aware that we can only achieve the necessary performance and consistency in our projects with highly trained personnel. From apprenticeship training, where we introduce our future staff into the world of work, through the training with our own products, right up to further training in relation to current trends, systems and methods in the market.

At our location in Schattdorf, our employees have the ideal working conditions. We work with the latest tools and are not afraid to constantly question our work processes and adapt them to new methods, such as agile software development, which we have been using for years in our development processes.
SisCampus
The SisCampus is not only a workplace, but also a living environment where we eat, sleep and learn. Our in-house public restaurant and hotel 54. Hochgenuss is appreciated by employees and customers alike. Our seminar rooms host meetings going beyond Sisag AG. The employees of the companies, which are united under the umbrella of the Sisag Holding, maintain a lively exchange among themselves, be it in inter-company projects or just with a shared coffee break in the cafeteria.
