NEAT excursion for Sisag apprentices
On this year's SisFlug for Sisag trainees we took a closer look at the NEAT's monumental structure. After an impressive tour of the NEAT exhibition in the access tunnel in Amsteg under the expert direction of Max and Edwin, we drove via the mountain route to Bellinzona for pizza.
In the afternoon, the Sisag-Stiftä cup was held in the form of a mini golf tournament. Alex Imholz, a computer science trainee in the 2nd year of his apprenticeship, won the coveted challenge cup. In an incredible time of just 35 minutes, the return journey to Flüelen was through the NEAT base tunnel.
